4g light and eco preform   Huayan presented its 4g lightweight and environmentally friendly preform production system at CHINAPLAS 2018. The 4g preforms produced by this injection system are mainly used in 250ml small bottle water packaging. Case-Wahaha   Huyan 96cav high-speed injection molding system, for Wahaha1.5L bottled water production line.      

  The equipment needed for a water bottling operation varies, from blow molding machines to filling and cappingOn the morning of 28th February 2023, the commissioning ceremony of CR Yibao East China Base was held in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, where the project is located. As the supplier of preform production system, Huayan Company attended the ceremony.   It is reported that the production speed of the "12.8L large packaged water line" is 3,000 barrels/hour, with an annual production capacity of more than 20 million barrels. The preform production of the production line adopts Huayan Epioneer-500 preform production system, the preform weight is 240g, and the production cycle is 36s. 12.8L large packaged water is officially put into production, which will effectively enhance the production capacity supply in East China, and promote the layout of the large packaged water market.

In 2017, JINMAILANG made additional investment in the production of bottled water business, and signed 20 sets of 144-cavity embryo injection system strategic contracts in mid-July with our company, respectively supporting the 72000BPH filling lines of Krones AG of Germany and SIDEL of France. In 2017, "Jinmailang" made additional investment in bottled water line business, and in mid-July, signed 20 sets of 144-cavity embryo injection system strategic contracts with Huayan, respectively supporting the 72000BPH filling lines of Krones AG of Germany and SIDEL of France, and so far, most of them have been delivered and put into use.In 2018, Jinmailang ordered 10 sets of Huayan upgraded version of the seventh-generation 144-cavity embryo injection system again, and also connected with the filling lines of Krones AG and SIDEL of Europe, SIDEL filling line, including 81,000BPH water line, 63,000BPH ultra-clean line and 60,000BPH aseptic line. Up to now, in just 2 years' time, Jinmailang Group has ordered 30 sets of 144-cavity high-speed intelligent embryo injection system from Huayan, which is not only the trust and support of Jinmailang Group to Huayan, but also the manifestation of the advanced and excellent performance of Huayan's products.
